Photo Session Instructions at Hickory Hills Flower Farm Our address is 317 W 300 S, Valparaiso, IN 46385. There are two brick walls on either side of the entrance to the driveway. Please Note: there is no guarantee of specific flowers in bloom or state of the flower field - we are a running farm and harvest the flowers we are growing. When you arrive: - The sign at the front will say "Closed", but you have an appointment, so come on in. - Pull all the way up the driveway towards the house - Turn left onto the gravel path & drive out to the flower field (on your left) - Park on the gravel drive or pull off and park in an area with mowed grass (please do not park within 20 feet of the flower field to avoid driving on any irrigation system parts) - Stay on our property for photo sessions (you should not go past the west (far) edge of the flower field) - This session does not include any photography services, clients are required to book a photographer separately. - This is an unstaffed session, we will not be in the field to greet you, but look back at this description if you have questions or message us. - Please no boudoir/lingerie photo sessions. - Do not pick flowers unless you have prior authorization to do so from us. If we do give you the okay, there is an additional cost of $1 per stem. Follow the listed 'Please do not cut' signs. Place cash in the black box in the field or let us know if you need to venmo. - We do not have public restrooms available at this time. - Do not damage flowers or equipment in any way. - If you have pets attending, please pick up after them & keep them leashed whenever possible. - Stick to your chosen time slot - we have other events, photography sessions, etc that need to be respected.
